Description:

Student accommodation is planned for this key location on the corner of Argyle Street and Kelvinhaugh street.

The accommodation will provide 15 indivdual flats containing a total of 75 bed spaces

The planned develop reinforces the character of the area, providing good quality residential and retail accommodation. This is a modern addition which has been designed to engage positively with a successful street, both in terms of appearance and utility.
