Collaboration has been key to our success. By working together, we have been able to have a positive impact on the regeneration of the river.
The Clyde Waterfront regeneration plan was an initiative
involving the following partners:
This integrated approach, led by a Strategic Partnership Board,
was designed to ensure that Scotland gained the maximum benefit
from the public sector investment - economically, socially and
environmentally.
Scottish Enterprise invested over £100m in the regeneration of
the Clyde from Glasgow Green via Renfrew to Dumbarton through its
involvement in the Clyde Waterfront Strategic Partnership.
Together with the private sector, Clyde Waterfront's public
partners (Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Government, Glasgow,
Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire Councils) have invested or
committed £4bn in the transformation of the waterfront.
