The student accommodation will provide a total of 233 bed spaces
in 41 flats and 19 studio flats.
The development will include car parking, cycle storage, laundry
and open landscaped space.

which has been lying vacant for years.
The flats will have an on-site gym for the sole use of the
students and the cost is included in the rent.
Construction is now underway and the development will be
completed in time for the start of the academic year in Sep
2013 - 2014
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
