Pacific Quay & SECC, Pacific Quay
Capitol Park is an exclusive development of 36 apartments.
Situated a short walk from Festival Park and the new media village
in Pacific Quay, Capitol Park is an important part of the
regeneration of Clyde Waterfront.
The 36 apartments in 16 styles include urban crash pads and
also one and two bedroom apartments designed
for today's modern lifestyle.
Lorne Street is located in the Kinning Park area of Glasgow
and lies in close proximity to the new road bridge across the river
Clyde which will link the community with Glasgow Harbour and the
SECC in Finnieston on the north side of the river. The development
is approximately two miles from the cosmopolitan residential suburb
of Shawlands and one mile from Glasgow city centre.

Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
