Pacific Quay & SECC, Finnieston
Moda has been designed to provide 40,700 sq ft of high quality
office accommodation over four floors. The new building at 138
Elliott Street has been finished to a high standard with
top of the range, flexible office space, capable of being fitted
out as open plan, cullular offices or a combination of both.
The office accommodation has an excellent city centre location
with good public transport links and onsite parking.
The ground floor was pre-let to Equator and the other floors are
currently available for let.

Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
