Description:
133 Finnieston Street is a high quality development providing 10 floors of Grade A office accommodation.
The specification includes a raised access floor and energy efficient comfort cooling. The development is entered via an impressive double-height reception foyer from where two passenger lifts and a stairwell serve each upper floor.
133 Finnieston Street is available to let on a floor by floor basis and even on a part floor basis. This marketing policy is unique in the Glasgow office market with regard to new-build major office developments.
