Description:
Turnberry Homes are providing a major boost to the regeneration of Dumbarton with a major residential development on reclaimed land next to Dumbarton Rock.
Phases 1and 2 of the project involve the construction of 250 new homes on the site of the former Denny Shipyard, famous for the construction of the Cutty Sark.
A selection of detached houses and apartments is available for sale.
Further housing is planned, with the intention of creating a total of 600 new homes.
Current status:
Phase 1 was released May 2007. Phase 2 was released September 2007. Townhouses in Phase 2 were released May 2008.
