Old Kilpatrick to Dumbarton, Dumbarton
Turnberry Homes are providing a major boost to the regeneration
of Dumbarton with a major residential development on reclaimed land
next to Dumbarton Rock.
Phases 1 and 2 of the project involve the construction of 250
new homes on the site of the former Denny Shipyard, famous for the
construction of the Cutty Sark.

Phase 1 was released May 2007. Phase 2 was released September
2007. Townhouses in Phase 2 were released May 2008 and continue to

Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
