A new residential community is taking shape at Lomondgate on the edge of
Dumbarton. The development will create over 300 new homes.
As a place to live, the riverside from Old Kilpatrick to
Dumbarton has all the benefits of being in the country, without
being too far from the city. The centre of Glasgow is just 30
minutes drive and there are also excellent train links. Glasgow
Airport is just 5 miles away across the Erskine Bridge.
There are many opportunities for residential development in
these communities, which lie on the edge of the Clyde Waterfront
regeneration area. Littlemill is a development of apartments in
Bowling near the river on the site of a former distillery.
Lomondgate will create around 350 houses on the north
edge of Dumbarton.
