Renfrew Riverside & Scotstoun, WhiteInch
The development has provided 24 flats, including a special
needs maisonette, new offices for Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing
Association, four small community workspaces and a new
community centre for Whiteinch Community Association.
Space heating and domestic hot water is supplied by a district
Construction is complete and the centre and offices have been
handed over to the client. The houses were handed over in Autumn
Fully complete in Autumn 2006
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
