Location:Renfrew Riverside & Scotstoun, WhiteInch

Description:

The development has provided 24 flats, including a special needs maisonette, new offices for Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association, four small community workspaces and a new community centre for Whiteinch Community Association.

Space heating and domestic hot water is supplied by a district heating system. The developer is currently in discussion with Glasgow City Council's department of development and regeneration services about the creation of a new civic space between the community building and Dumbarton Road.

Current status:

Construction is complete and the centre and offices have been handed over to the client. The houses were handed over in Autumn 2006.

Timescale: Fully complete in Autumn 2006.

Cost: £3.7 million
