Location:

Renfrew Riverside & Scotstoun, Yoker

Description:

The project is a mixed tenure development providing 72 flats for private ownership and a social housing component of 44 houses for rental for West of Scotland Housing Association. The social housing includes 24 mainstream units with a further 20 flats in a support block for the frail and elderly.

Current status:

Initial sales completions were anticipated by December 2005 and the first mainstream rental units were handed over to West of Scotland Housing Association in mid-November 2005.

Timescale:

December 2004 - December 2006 completed
