Renfrew Riverside & Scotstoun, Renfrew Riverside
This site is located opposite Titanium and Audi Braehead at the
gateway to Braehead, close to junction 26 of the M8. It offers
outline planning consent for up to 120,000 ft² of offices ranging
in size from 13,500 sq ft to 36,000 ft².
The site would allow an occupier to tailor a design to match
their own precise requirements, perhaps in a pavilion
style. Platinum is just 10 minutes from Glasgow Airport and is
located within Braehead, which features an extensive range of
retail, housing, leisure and business developments and is widely
recognised as one of Europe's leading examples of mixed use retail
led riverside regeneration.

Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
