GTG has opened a state-of-the-art training and conference centre
on South Street, Glasgow. With an investment of over £10
million, the new facilities allow GTG to offer a comprehensive list
of business and IT training courses, as well as providing
automotive training and conference facilities.
This 61,000 sq ft centre is split into two dedicated sections;
the transport division caters for every aspect of automotive
training whilst the IT and business skills division provides a
broad range of business skills training courses and a well
equipped conference area.
GTG is located at Whiteinch on a previous brownfield site.
Centre opened August 2007
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
