Description:
Summertown Road is one of the 9 sites within GHA's New Build phase 2 project.
On completion the Summertown site will provide 47 new rented homes, a mix of tenement flats, terrace and town houses. The project will include 2 fully compliant wheelchair units.
The new homes will be allocated to GHA tenants who require rehousing from properties earmarked for demolition in the East Govan and Ibrox area.
Current status:
Planning application approved. Started on site Jan 2011.
