Greater Govan & Glasgow Harbour, Govan
Summertown Road is one of the 9 sites within GHA's New Build
phase 2 project.
The development provides 47 new rented homes, a mix of tenement
flats, terrace and town houses. The project will include 2 fully
compliant wheelchair units.
The new homes are being allocated to GHA tenants who require
rehousing from properties earmarked for demolition in the East
Govan and Ibrox area.
Planning application approved. Started on site Jan 2011 and
completed September 2012

Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
