Location:

Greater Govan & Glasgow Harbour, Govan

Description:

The scheme will be located on the site of St Saviour's Primary School in Govan.  It will comprise of new build housing for rent and shared equity properties for sale.  There will be 65 units in total with a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats, 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses and 2 bedroom detached and semi detached houses.

A formal approach has been employed that references Govan's industrial heritage and reinforces existing rhythms in the area.  The materials used are predominantly brick and metal in order to blend with the character of the locale and help rationalise the urban fabric.

Current status:

Planning approval has been granted and work started on site in October 2010.
