Description:
This new build project adjacent to Elder Park in Govan is a mixed tenure development, also providing a new head office for Elderpark Housing Association.
The development has been designed to offer a wide variety of house/apartment types to suit a variety of users. The elevations have been designed to create a hybrid between suburban and urban housing, with a strong connection between inside and out. The various block types all have their own distinct character, yet share common materials and window proportions.
The development is situated on Govan Road with excellent transportation and amenity links.
The project provides a combination of 106 houses and apartments. 35 units are for private sale, 15 units are shared equity 'Homestake' properties and 56 units are for rent.
