The award-winning residential district at Glasgow Harbour

Altogether 650 apartments, duplexes and penthouses have been built
within this phase, all of which have either a waterfront or park

2005 - 2007
Current estimate £1.2 billion for the complete Glasgow Harbour project including housing, commercial, retail, leisure and infrastructure.
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
