Description:
The award-winning residential district at Glasgow Harbour has homes built by Bryant Homes, CALA City and Park Lane. Altogether 650 apartments, duplexes and penthouses have been built within this phase, all of which have either a waterfront or park land view.
In addition to a stunning park land and waterfront location within the West End, these properties also feature high quality specifications, secure basement parking, resident landscaped areas and concierge or development services as standard. Resale value have proved to be strong to date.
Current status:
Residential phase 1 (650 properties) is complete and resident occupations started in September 2004.

Cost: Current estimate £1.2 billion for the complete Glasgow Harbour project including housing, commercial, retail, leisure and infrastructure.
