Greater Govan & Glasgow Harbour, Govan
Description:
This new business centre comprises 70,000 ft² of offices, made up of seven separate pavilions and ranging in size from 6,000 ft² to 20,000 ft².
The largest pavilion (20,000 ft²) will have three floors and the others two floors. Each pavilion will have dedicated car parking.
Current status:
Three pavilions were completed in March 2008. Two are currently available for rent or sale.
Timescale:
Phase 1 completed March 08. Further phased development expected 2012
