Description:
This new business centre comprises 22,000 ft² of offices, made up of three separate pavilions and ranging in size from 6,000 ft² to 20,000 ft².
Each pavilion has dedicated car parking.
A further phase of development is planned to create four further pavilions.
Current status:
Three pavilions were completed in March 2008. One pavilion is currently available for let. Two are partially let, with space available.
The first phase of the development provides a range of readily available buildings with a variety of size and flexible floor plate design. In addition there are sites for design and build options to suit companies' specific requirements.
Timescale:
Phase 1 completed March 08. Further phased development expected.
