This new 3 storey office building is well located for business
on the edge of the major Pacific
Quay development and close the the Clyde Arc bridge, which
provides an important connection with the city centre.
Finished to a high standard, the new development provides around
16,000 sq ft of accommodation, arranged over 3 floors.
The new-build development provides important new accommodation
in an area once famous for ship building.
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
