Description:
This is a 2-phased project with a total of 104 housing units and one or two shops. The homes are being developed for rent and replace two multi-storey flats which were demolished in 2006. Although planned in two phases both phases have been constructed together and the entire project was completed in 2009 with an official opening in May 2009.
