Description:
Stylish and breathtaking, Verde is set to become a Glasgow property landmark. The develoment comprises 92 luxury apartments, duplexes and penthouses in 13 different styles.
All properties boast a superior internal specification, secure underground parking and many feature either a balcony, wrap-around terrace or enclosed 'winter garden'.
The building's architecture has been carefully considered in order to complement the intricate glass work of the Winter Garden at the nearby Peoples' Palace and the neighbouring Grade A listed Templeton building.
Current status:
The development is now complete, there is a site sales presence. There are a number of 2 bedroom styles remaining.
Timescale:
The project was completed April 2007.
