Location:

Glasgow City Centre, Custom House Quay

Description:

The Metropole is a nine story building with a pleasant courtyard serving 94 apartments. This dramatic riverside setting in the heart of the city will also house a number of retail units on the ground floor.

Current status:

This project is now complete.

Cost:

£20 million

Clyde Waterfront is a strategic partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire Councils. Its purpose is to promote the economic, social and environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
