Glasgow City Centre, IFSD
This mixed-use residential development is at the heart of
the historic Broomielaw area of Glasgow - the centre of
the city's new financial district.
The Glasgow development comprises 200 contemporary residential
apartments and commercial space adjacent to one of Glasgow's most
prominent listed buildings - the Clydeport Authority
RMJM has also proposed a new public space within the
development. The space is being designed in conjunction with the
internationally acclaimed artist Peter McCaughey.
The project is completed.
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
