Description:
52 high specification apartments have been developed in the St Andrew's building. 27 of the apartments are new build, with open views across St Andrew's in the Square church. The development offers a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. In addition to the new build, a number of 2 and 3 bed lofts are available in the converted building on James Morrison Street. The exceptional specification includes a mix of traditional and modern finishes.
In addition to the lofts and apartments, architects Page and Park, who have been partners in the St Andrew's Building project, have purchased 10,000ft2 of office space within the building for their own offices.
