Glasgow City Centre, IFSD
This major speculative development provides 58,264 sq
ft of Grade A office space in the heart of Glasgow city
centre. The location is within Glasgow's thriving
International Financial Services District and very close to
Glasgow Central Station.
The office accommodation is over 8 floors and has the potential

Stockland established its UK division following a merger with UK
property company Halladale Group plc in May 2007. Halladale
had acquired the site which was previously Shaftesbury
Complete. Scottish & Southern Energy bought the building for
owner occupation in October 2010.
Completed November 2009
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
