Description:
Optima is a stunning 10 storey, 115,000ft² commercial office building set within the heart of the financial district of Glasgow's Broomielaw. It enjoys easy access to the city centre's bustling shopping and business amenities.
The building is based on a "T" shape with external landsaped courtyards providing daylight at the rear and breakout space from the office accommodation.
The development features high quality glass, natural red sandstone and render finishes. There is secured basement car parking for 34 cars.
Current status:
The building is now fully let. The major tenant is the Scottish Qualifications Authority.

Site start: March 2002. Completion: October 2003
