Description:

Cuprum is a mixed use development on Argyle Street between Oak Street and Cadzow Street. For developers Taylor Wimpey it is the fifth phase in the redevelopment of Cadogan Square. This phase has been developed in partnership with Tristram.

The project has two main components. An office building of 9,200 sq m with 37 car parking spaces to the east half of the site and 122 apartments running from the commercial building and returning into Oak Street.

The office building is arranged over 6 floors plus mezzanine with 37 parking spaces, providing good quality office space in Glasgow City Centre.

Current status:

Complete.

Timescale:

Started in summer 2006. Complete Q1 2010.

Cost:

The project has an end value in excess of £50 million.
