Description:
Residential development features prominently in the proposed regeneration of the Clydebank waterfront corridor and town centre.
Queens Quay is an important location for new housing, with an estimated 1,200 new housing units. This major programme of building is critical to the success of the town's regeneration, as a diverse stock of housing in relation to size, type, cost and tenure will help boost the Clydebank's social and economic vibrancy by providing enhanced choice for existing local residents, returners to the area and newcomers.
