Seaforce operates its Clyde powerboat service from a
pontoon at the Tall Ship at Glasgow Harbour. This is an exciting
way to explore the River Clyde from the water, with an experienced
From the Glasgow Harbour base the service runs near
the city centre, to the city centre, Erskine Bridge, Dumbarton
Rock, Kilcreggan and sometimes further afield. Longer trips can be
arranged to explore the Clyde estuary and sea lochs.
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
