Scotland's newest entertainment complex has won an award for commercial and regeneration projects in towns and cities.
The SSE Hydro scooped the Architectural Excellence Award (Public
building) at the inaugural Scottish Property Awards.
The Dundee Waterfront, the Commonwealth Games Athletes' Village
and Advocates Close in Edinburgh were other high-profile winners of
the awards.
Fifteen awards were presented including the ultimate award of
the night, Scottish Property Company of the Year, won by Ediston
Real Estate for its work in UK property investment, development and
asset management.
