70 new jobs have been created at Braehead as a former furniture store has been converted into a car supermarket.
The former InStyle furniture store has been converted into a
Peter Vardy car showroom which will employ 70 staff.
The site overlooks the busy M8 motorway at Hillington on the
outskirts of Glasgow and is adjacent to the Makro superstore.
Businessman Vardy said: "The car store is designed to be a
destination dealership where people can take their time in
comfortable surroundings to find the car of their dreams and have a
huge amount of fun in doing so."
The glass-fronted building which overlooks the busy M8 at
Glasgow's Hillington has had a a multi-million pound makeover and
is now ready for it's new role as a car supermarket
It will also double as the new headquarters for Peter Vardy.
