Could Finnieston flats represent returning confidence?

12 Mar 2013

Work is under way on a block of 55 new flats at Minerva Street, a confident move which could represent an upturn in the market.

Designed by Holmes Miller on behalf of Bellorr the £4.5m scheme is situated directly across from the A and B listed St Vincent Crescent.

The development of 55 residential flats will restore the street pattern to this part of the Finnieston area and create property which sits well with the listed historic terraces across the road.

The project is now on site with the first phase due for completion October 2013, further phases during 2014.
