Description
Around 35 acres of brownfield land has been acquired from Scottish Power and Clydeport.
It is being developed in two phases of residential apartments and family housing. The development will comprise of approximately 450 units in total. The proposal will also create public access to the new river frontage walkway and cycle path.
New infrastructure is being developed including a road from Dock Street to the Waterfront.

£60m
Current status
Phase 1 is under construction and the first houses have been completed. Phase 2 is expected to start Summer 2008
