Description

This project within the flagship Custom House Quay scheme, will create a 12 storey residential development – with 52 flats including studios, one/two bedroom and duplex apartments.

Facing onto the River Clyde, the proposals incorporate a winter garden, within a two-layer façade, across the entire south elevation.

A commercial restaurant and bar are included at ground and basement level.
