Description

Titanium is a range of high specification office accommodation based at Braehead.  Offices are currently available to let, providing a total of 7,000 ft² over one wing and when complete will provide up to 80,000 ft² in three office pavilions.

The first building, extending to approximately 30,000 ft², is part let to Fujitsu and Picsel Technologies. Detailed planning consent has been granted for a further two buildings on site, with a combined capacity of 50,000 ft² to enable an early site start for potential occupiers.

GAP Group's purpose built headquarters will be located at the Titanium Business Park. The building will be completed in December 2008 and will have accommodation for 190 staff.

The offices are fully air conditioned, offer excellent natural light and feature the latest broadband technology.  Titanium is just 10 minutes from Glasgow Airport and is located within Braehead, which features an extensive range of retail, housing, leisure and business developments and is widely recognised as one of Europe’s leading examples of mixed use, retail led riverside regeneration.

Current status

The first Titanium pavilion is complete and up to 7000 ft² is currently available for occupation.

Timescale

Titanium is available for entry now and for further development
