Description
Titanium is a range of high specification office accommodation based at Braehead. Offices are currently available to let, providing a total of 7,000 ft² over one wing and when complete will provide up to 80,000 ft² in three office pavilions.
Titanium 1, extending to approximately 30,000 ft², is part let to Fujitsu and Picsel Technologies.
Titanium 3, extending to 28,000 sq ft has been completed to shell condition.
Titanium 2, extending to 53,293 sq ft will be built over three floors offering Grade A flexible office space. Completion is expected by the end of 2010.

Titanium 3 is completed to shell condition and available for occupation. Titanium 2 has been prelet with construction expected to be complete by the end of 2010.
