Description

The redevelopment of the St Enoch Centre will create a world-class retail and leisure destination in a key location at the heart of Glasgow city centre.

In the first phase of redevelopment 250,000 ft2 of retail and leisure space will be added, taking the facility to more than 1 million ft2 in total.

An iconic new entrance will be created on the site of the old Clydesdale Bank building. New facades and store fronts will be added, shopper circulation improved and an ambitious lighting programme will add to the centre’s visual appeal.

Leisure facilities will be greatly expanded and enhanced, offering visitors a cinema, casino, nightclub and a choice of restaurants and bars. St. Enoch’s Square will be reinvented and fully upgraded as a major events space and community area for the city.

Cost

£100m
