Description

A total of 123 flats have been built in four blocks over 13 storeys. The 1 and 2 bedroom flats have been arranged in a linear block to cut off noise from the nearby Clydeside Expressway. A feature of the development is the south facing landscaped terrace at 2nd floor level.

An 11 storey office block, 133 Finnieston Street, has also been developed at the western end of the site. Parking for both the commercial and  the residential property is at ground and first floor.

Clyde Waterfront is a strategic partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire Councils. Its purpose is to promote the economic, social and environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
