A total of 123 flats will be built in four blocks over 13 storeys. The 1 and 2 bedroom flats have been arranged in a linear block to cut off noise from the nearby Clydeside Expressway. A feature of the development will be a south facing landscaped terrace at 2nd floor level.
An 11 storey office block is being developed at the western end of the site. Parking for both the commercial and the residential property is at ground and first floor.
