The company aims to redevelop Shaftesbury House into a significant new prime office building. Shaftesbury House is located in the heart of Glasgow city centre, next to the central railway station.
Cost
The end value of the development is estimated at £22 million.
Current status
Planning consent in place and existing building cleared.
Timescale
