Description

Phase 1 of Rowan Business Park provides 44,000 sq ft of high quality open plan office space in two adjacent pavilions.

Rowan Business Park offers occupiers a pivotal strategic location in Govan on the south side of the river Clyde approximately 1.5 miles from Glasgow City Centre.

Govan is flourishing, undergoing intense and diverse regeneration with key projects and initiatives ranging from the regeneration of Central Govan, fostered by Govan Initiative, to the relocation of the BBC, Scottish Media Group and Channel 4 to Pacific Quay.

£6.3 million

Current status

Work on phase one is complete offering 22,000 ft² work space with 1 floor currently under offer and 1 to let. Planning permission for phase 2 is in place and will provide a further 44,000 ft² of office space in a range of building options including design and build turnkey solutions.
