Description:
This development has created a 10-acre modern, purpose-built boatyard on the finger pier at Rothesay Dock East, Clydebank.
Regeneration of redundant dockland has provided the only boatyard on the upper Clyde. It is expected to attract a range of marine services, creating a commercial community beneficial to both occupiers and customers.
Current status:
The first phase is complete. This includes a 75-tonne boat hoist, work and storage space. Initial occupiers are in place and additional facilities will be added to reflect demand.
