Renfrew Riverside & Scotstoun - north and south re-united
The £350 million Braehead retail park has put Renfrew on the map, attracting 20 million visitors annually.
Further phases of development of the area will create exciting new business, leisure and residential opportunities. The next development stage is a £5 million investment to create a riverside marina, a huge landscaped public park, a riverside walkway and cycle paths.
Complementary initiatives will help to connect Braehead with neighbouring communities and Renfrew town centre.
