Description:
Around 35 acres of brownfield land has been acquired from Scottish Power and Clydeport.
It is being developed in two phases of residential apartments and family housing. The development will comprise of approximately 450 units in total. The proposal will also create public access to the new river frontage walkway and cycle path.
New infrastructure is being developed including a road from Dock Street to the Waterfront.
Current status:
Phase 1 consists of 194 units with the majority complete and some units on hold. Phase 2 consists of 335 units and is currently on hold.
