Renfrew Riverside & Scotstoun, WhiteInch
This development offers 161 well-designed, high-spec, 1, 2, and
3 bedroom apartments. The project is part of the on-going
transformation of the north bank of the River Clyde, between the
Clyde Tunnel and the SECC. The homes benefit
from waterfront walkways, an 11-acre public park, and
extensive shopping and leisure facilities, yet the location is only
3 miles from the city centre.
These new Glasgow homes have been built to mirror the city's
style and the riverside they're close to. Modern and stylish, they
are designed to be easy to run, easy to heat and easy to live
Phase 1 completed.
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
