The development is a mix of 495 properties consisting of
apartments, townhouses and detached homes.
The project was started by Best Developments, a joint
venture between partners Gladedale (formerly Bett Homes) and
Strathclyde Homes. Following the administration of the joint
venture, a new developer is being sought.
The development is part of the massive project at
Ferry Village, which will create a whole new community of 2000 plus
properties - including apartments, villas, townhouses and
penthouses. This landmark development on the banks of the
River Clyde connects Braehead and Renfrew. It is just minutes
away from Braehead Shopping Centre, Xscape, Glasgow International Airport and
a short drive from Glasgow's city centre.
On hold until a new developer is
found. The project has 9 completed properties and 62 at
various stages of construction.
Work will last for approx 5 years.
