This development comprises two separate blocks of housing for
Loretto Housing Association. The new build project provides
housing for a mix of tenants in one and two-bedroom flats with
ground level staff offices, common facilities and staff sleep-over
The buildings sit on a bend on a main arterial route into the
city and will be visible from a distance in both directions.
The prefabricated steel structures rise six storeys above the
street with basement car parking and an amenity deck at ground

Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
