Pacific Quay & SECC, Finnieston
Lancefield Quay lies on the banks of the River Clyde in the
heart of the city. The stylish development is set to become a
landmark building on Glasgow's vibrant waterfront, offering a
variety of two and three bedroomed apartments with spectacular
views of the Clyde.
The development is a joint venture between Miller Homes and CALA
Lancefield Quay has been commended by the Royal Fine Arts
Commission and in 2003 it was given the Best of Development Award
for City Development by Your New Home Magazine.
Preliminary work got underway in April 2002. The first
apartments were completed in summer 2003. The first release of
properties in the final phase of the development took place in July
2002 - 2006 completed
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
