Pacific Quay & SECC, Brand Street
The 2,400m² digital media centre provides a high quality
air-conditioned environment. The development has raised access
floors, wireless network and internet facilities for tenants
and continual secure access and car parking.
400m² is occupied by the digital media academy which
offers training to local residents. This
is delivered by market leaders in the field, Absolute Studios,
who have been operating from the building since September 2005. The
academy includes a 32 seat auditorium, classrooms, editing suite,
render farm, one-to-one meeting rooms and breakout space.
16,000 ft² of available space has been split into wings: three
at 4,000 ft² and one has been subdivided into two-four person
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
