This residential and commercial development comprises
4 blocks of residential apartments arranged around small
public piazzas. The 22-storey towers will include around 850

with parking are planned with 17,500sq m of space. The
design integrates both private and public space within and
surrounding the development creating new links along the Clyde and
improving pedestrian routes under the Kingston Bridge.

Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
