Old Kilpatrick to Dumbarton, Bowling
This modern development of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments
has been built on the site of Little Mill distillery in
Bowling. The stylish apartments are within easy reach of
the A82 and Glasgow Airport and just 5 minutes walk from local
bus and rail links. All apartments are being completed to the
highest standard. Phase 1 is complete and phase 2 ongoing.
Little Mill was well known as Scotland's oldest distillery.
Now the 71 flats, in the heart of the village of Bowling are
attractive places to live on the edge of the city, close to the
Clyde and not far from Loch Lomond. Several of the apartments enjoy
beautiful views of the Clyde.
Phase 1 is complete. (Phase 2 not currently going ahead)
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
