Greater Govan & Glasgow Harbour, Govan
This development of 109 new build houses has a prominent
location at the junction of Golspie Street and Langlands
Road. This development is located on the site of
the former swimming baths and Gladstone memorial institute and
provides a mix of housing for sale, rent and shared equity.
The housing offers a mix of family terraced housing and 3
or 4 storey flatted accommodation, which includes 33 units for sale
and 14 for Homestake. 9 of the units are to wheelchair/amenity
All units achieve the minimum, 'Housing for Varying needs'
standards, have a high energy efficient rating and will attain an
Eco Homes 'Very good' rating.
This new development in Govan is part of the Central Govan Action

Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
