Greater Govan & Glasgow Harbour, Govan
Led by Govan Housing Association, this project is a significant
element in the long awaited and large scale new build housing
development programme across Central Govan.
This mixed tenure project is now complete and provide 102
apartments, 42 units which will be low cost housing for sale and 60
units for rent.
This development is in an extremely prominent site location as
it marks the entry into the designated conservation area of Central
Govan when travelling from the Clyde Tunnel along Govan Road.

2010 - 2012
Between 2003 and 2014 Clyde Waterfront was a strategic
partnership comprising the Scottish Government, Scottish
Enterprise, Glasgow City, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire
Councils. Its purpose was to promote the economic, social and
environmental regeneration of 13 miles of the River Clyde from
Glasgow city centre to Dumbarton.
