Description:
Led by Govan Housing Association, this project marks the beginning of a long awaited and large scale new build housing development programme across Central Govan.
This is a mixed tenure project which will provide 102 apartments, 42 units which will be low cost housing for sale and 60 units for rent.
This development is in an extremely prominent site location as it marks the entry into the designated conservation area of Central Govan when travelling from the Clyde Tunnel along Govan Road. The new development will create a strong and contemporary urban edge and will define the boundary of the historic heart of Central Govan.
This is a Central Govan Action Plan Project.
Current status:
Building work is well under way. Completion expected Spring 2012
